An act relating to Broward County; repealing chapter 61-

1960, Laws of Florida, relating to tax assessor's

authority to make, reproduce, or procure plats of lands

that were previously subdivided for which no plat had been

6

recorded; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. Chapter 61-1960, Laws of Florida, is repealed.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
