     (j) Inspector general audit reports distributed to the

Florida Public Service Commission shall be provided to each

member of the commission.

initiating, carrying out, or completing any audit or

investigation; requiring audits to be conducted in

accordance with the current International Standards for

22

the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing; requiring

23

an inspector general to submit findings of audits and

24

investigations to specified persons or entities; requiring

25

responses to findings within 20 working days; requiring

26

distribution of certain inspector general audit reports to

27

each member of the Florida Public Service Commission;
