Senator Deutch moved the following amendment:

Delete lines 219-224

and insert:

(g) Any employer who prohibits a customer, employee, or
7
invitee from possessing or keeping one or more of the following
8
firearms locked inside a private motor vehicle:

1. A firearm that can accept a detachable magazine and has
10
more than one of several specific military features, such as
11
folding or telescoping stocks, protruding pistol grips, bayonet
12
mounts, threaded muzzles or flash suppressors, barrel shrouds, or
13
grenade launchers;
14
2. A Norinco, Mitchell, and Poly Technologies Avtomat
15
Kalashnikov;
16
3. Action Arms Israeli Military Industries UZI and Galil;
17
4. A revolving cylinder shotgun created for the purpose of
18
riot control and combat, such as, or similar to, the Street
19
Sweeper.
