3     Amendment to Amendment (616087) (with title amendment)
4     Remove lines 119-124 and insert:
5     (b)  No public or private employer, or the employees
6thereof, shall be liable for any harm that arises out of or
7results from, directly or indirectly, the discharge or
8threatened use of a firearm that was transported, stored,
9possessed, or used by a person in a motor vehicle on property
10owned or leased by the public or private entity. The immunity
11provided in this paragraph shall not apply to any person who
12discharges or threatens to use the firearm, but it shall extend
13to the vicarious liability of a public or private entity for the
14actions of an employee.  Nothing in this section shall be
15construed to create a new duty on the part of the public or
16private employer.
