| 4 | Remove lines 256-259 and insert: |
| 5 | (9) Citizens Property Insurance Corporation shall transfer |
| 6 | as much as $250 million to the General Revenue Fund on December |
| 7 | 31, 2008, for appropriation by the Legislature to the program. |
| 8 | The amount transferred by the corporation shall be determined |
| 9 | based upon the surplus available in the personal lines account |
| 10 | or the commercial lines account, as defined in s. 627.351(6), in |
| 11 | excess of the minimum surplus requirements set forth in s. |
| 12 | 624.408, excluding s. 624.408(3). |
