     Delete line(s) 112-115

and insert:

     (f) A public school student is eligible to participate in

8

interscholastic sports at another public school to which the

9

student would be assigned according to the district school

10

board's attendance area policies or at a public school that the

11

student could choose to attend under district controlled open

12

enrollment provisions if all of the following conditions are

13

met:
