and insert:

     (k) Ten percent of the funds allocated pursuant to this

9

section shall be transferred to the General Inspection Trust Fund

10

in the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund

11

the acquisition of easements by the Board of Trustees of the

12

Internal Improvement Trust Fund pursuant to the provisions of s.

13

570.71(2)(a) and (b). Said funds shall be transferred in equal

14

amounts from the allocations in paragraphs(a) and (b). Funds not

15

utilized by the department pursuant to this subsection during any

16

fiscal year shall be redistributed in equal amounts as provided

17

for in paragraphs (a) and (b) by June 30 of that year.
