     6.  The percentage increase in the number of occurrences of

imperiled species endangered species, threatened species, or

9

species of special concern on publicly managed conservation

10

areas; the number of acres that represent actual or potential

11

imperiled species habitat; the number of acres that are subject

12

to a management plan adopted by the Fish and Wildlife

13

Conservation Commission to restore, enhance, repopulate, and

14

manage imperiled species habitat; and the number of acres of

15

imperiled species habitat restored, repopulated, or enhanced

16

which advance commission management plans.

     (c)  Protect, restore, and maintain the quality and natural

18

functions of land, water, and wetland systems of the state, as

19

measured by:

     1.  The number of acres of publicly owned land identified as

21

needing restoration, enhancement, and management; acres

22

undergoing restoration or enhancement;, and acres with

23

restoration and enhancement activities completed and now under

24

management;
