An act relating to the Department of Transportation;

repealing chapter 85-364, Laws of Florida, relating to the

collection of tolls on the Pinellas Bayway and the use of

5

toll revenues; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. Chapter 85-364, Laws of Florida, is repealed.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
