| 11 | providers and hosting service providers, when they only provide |
| 12 | the transmission, storage, or caching of electronic |
| 13 | communications or messages of others or provide other related |

| 15 | violation of such amended provisions. This exemption shall not |
| 16 | apply to providers of communications services as defined in s. |
