     Section 25. The repeal of section 553.731, Florida

Statutes, by this act, does not diminish or authorize changes

that diminish the provisions of the Florida Building Code

9

relating to wind resistance or water intrusion which were adopted

10

pursuant to Chapter 2007-1, Laws of Florida.

     Section 26. Subparagraph 6. of paragraph (a) of subsection

12

(6) of section 627.351, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

And the title is amended as follows:

wind-borne debris protection requirements; providing for

construction and interpretation of the repeal, repealing
