An act relating to alcoholic beverages; expressing the

legislative intent to revise laws relating to alcoholic

beverages; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

9

to alcoholic beverages.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect October 1, 2008.
