An act relating to pari-mutuel wagering; expressing the

legislative intent to revise laws relating to pari-mutuel

wagering; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

9

to pari-mutuel wagering.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
