3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Between lines 1357 and 1358, insert:
5     Section 33.  (1)  In order to prevent the exploitation of
6children, all licensees in occupations or positions licensed by
7the state for which the secretary at each licensing department,
8or licensing board, as appropriate, determines licensees are
9likely to enter a dwelling or other building in the course of
10their licensed activities where children might be located at the
11time of entry shall be checked against the list of registration
12information regarding sexual predators and sexual offenders
13maintained by the Department of Law Enforcement. If a licensee
14is registered as a sexual offender or a sexual predator, the
15licensee or his or her employer must provide actual notice to
16all of the occupants of each property the sexual offender or
17predator may be entering that he or she is a registered sex
18offender or predator. If all of the occupants do not expressly
19approve the entry of the offender or predator into the property,
20no such entry shall be allowed.
21     (2)  Any violation of this section shall be grounds for
22disciplinary action against the licensee up to and including
23revocation.

34of entry; requires that if the licensee is registered
35as a sexual offender or predator, the licensee or
36employer must notify the occupants that the licensee
37is a registered sex offender or predator; requiring
38all occupants to approve of entry; providing for
39disciplinary action against licensees for violations;
40providing an effective date.
