| 4 | Between lines 1357 and 1358, insert: |
| 5 | Section 33. (1) In order to prevent the exploitation of |
| 6 | children, all licensees in occupations or positions licensed by |
| 7 | the state for which the secretary at each licensing department, |
| 8 | or licensing board, as appropriate, determines licensees are |
| 9 | likely to enter a dwelling or other building in the course of |
| 10 | their licensed activities where children might be located at the |
| 11 | time of entry shall be checked against the list of registration |
| 12 | information regarding sexual predators and sexual offenders |
| 13 | maintained by the Department of Law Enforcement. If a licensee |
| 14 | is registered as a sexual offender or a sexual predator, the |
| 15 | licensee or his or her employer must provide actual notice to |
| 16 | all of the occupants of each property the sexual offender or |
| 17 | predator may be entering that he or she is a registered sex |
| 18 | offender or predator. If all of the occupants do not expressly |
| 19 | approve the entry of the offender or predator into the property, |
| 20 | no such entry shall be allowed. |
| 21 | (2) Any violation of this section shall be grounds for |
| 22 | disciplinary action against the licensee up to and including |
| 23 | revocation. |

| 38 | all occupants to approve of entry; providing for |
| 39 | disciplinary action against licensees for violations; |
| 40 | providing an effective date. |
