An act relating to judges; expressing the legislative

intent to revise laws relating to the number of judges in

specified individual circuits and in specified district

courts of appeal; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

10

to the number of judges in specified individual circuits and in

11

specified district courts of appeal.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
