The Committee on Community Affairs (Crist) recommended the

following amendment to amendment (750136):

     Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

     Delete line 24

and insert:

prepare the annual financial report. Notwithstanding any other

provision of law, the clerk of the circuit court may not conduct

9

audits of any confiscated property or property that is used for

10

purposes of evidentiary support by a law enforcement agency.
