     Section 2. The sum of $100,000 in nonrecurring funds is

appropriated from the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund in the

Department of Financial Services for transfer to the University

of South Florida for the 2008-2009 fiscal year for the purpose of

implementing the Florida Public Task Force on Workplace Safety.
