     6. Provide additional resources to public schools to be

used to provide special assistance, tutoring, mentoring, and

remediation services to eligible students furthering the

9

paramount duty of this state to provide all students with a high-

10

quality education as required by s. 1, Art. IX of the State

11

Constitution.
