An act relating to juvenile justice and correctional

facilities in Florida; expressing the legislative intent

to revise laws relating to the findings or recommendations

from the Blueprint Commission on Juvenile Justice;

providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

11

to the findings or recommendations from the Blueprint Commission

12

on Juvenile Justice.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
