| 27 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 28 |
|
| 29 | Section 1. Section 14.325, Florida Statutes, is repealed. |
| 30 | Reviser's note.--The cited section, which creates the |
| 31 | Council on State Agency Inspectors General, was repealed |
| 32 | pursuant to its own terms, effective June 30, 2007. |
| 33 | Section 2. Subsections (4), (5), (6), (7), and (8) of |
| 34 | section 211.027, Florida Statutes, are repealed. |
| 35 | Reviser's note.--Subsections (4), (5), and (6), which |
| 36 | relate to tax exemptions for oil and gas produced under |
| 37 | specified parameters, were repealed pursuant to subsection |
| 38 | (8), effective June 30, 2007. Subsection (7) only serves to |
| 39 | prohibit new exemptions per subsections (4)-(6) after June |
| 40 | 30, 2002, and has served its purpose; subsection (8) only |
| 41 | serves to provide the repeal of subsections (4)-(6) and has |
| 42 | served its purpose. |
| 43 | Section 3. Paragraph (i) of subsection (2) of section |
| 44 | 216.181, Florida Statutes, is repealed. |
| 45 | Reviser's note.--The cited paragraph, which authorizes the |
| 46 | Agency for Persons with Disabilities to submit a specified |
| 47 | budget amendment, expired pursuant to its own terms, |
| 48 | effective July 1, 2007. |
| 49 | Section 4. Subsection (4) of section 252.373, Florida |
| 50 | Statutes, is repealed. |
| 51 | Reviser's note.--The cited subsection, which provides that |
| 52 | otherwise unobligated funds in the Emergency Management, |
| 53 | Preparedness, and Assistance Trust Fund may be authorized |
| 54 | for expenditures to provide assistance to local governments |
| 55 | for implementing local comprehensive plans, innovative |
| 56 | planning to make communities more livable, and addressing |
| 57 | growth management issues, expired pursuant to its own |
| 58 | terms, effective July 1, 2007. |
| 59 | Section 5. Paragraph (b) of subsection (4) and paragraph |
| 60 | (g) of subsection (11) of section 259.032, Florida Statutes, are |
| 61 | repealed. |
| 62 | Reviser's note.--Paragraph (4)(b), which relates to |
| 63 | transfer of moneys from the Conservation and Recreation |
| 64 | Lands Trust Fund to the Florida Forever Trust Fund or the |
| 65 | Land Acquisition Trust Fund, expired pursuant to its own |
| 66 | terms, effective July 1, 2007. Paragraph (11)(g), which |
| 67 | provides for a specified appropriation from funds deposited |
| 68 | into the Florida Preservation 2000 Trust Fund and the |

| 168 | Section 18. Subsection (2) of section 617.0802, Florida |

| 171 | (2) In the event that the eligibility to serve as a member |
| 172 | of the board of directors of a condominium association, |
| 173 | cooperative association, homeowners' association, or mobile home |
| 174 | owners' association is restricted to membership in such |
| 175 | association and membership is appurtenant to ownership of a |
| 176 | unit, parcel, or mobile home, a grantor of a trust described in |
| 177 | s. 733.707(3), or a beneficiary as defined in former s. |
| 178 | 737.303(4)(b) of a trust which owns a unit, parcel, or mobile |
| 179 | home shall be deemed a member of the association and eligible to |
| 180 | serve as a director of the condominium association, cooperative |
| 181 | association, homeowners' association, or mobile home owners' |
| 182 | association, provided that said beneficiary occupies the unit, |
| 183 | parcel, or mobile home. |
| 184 | Reviser's note.--Amended to conform to the repeal of s. |
| 185 | 737.303 by s. 48, ch. 2006-217, Laws of Florida; that |
| 186 | repeal is confirmed by this act. The definition of |

| 197 | charitable organization as defined in s. 736.1201(1) 737.501(2). |
| 198 | Reviser's note.--Amended to conform to the repeal of s. |
