1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to real property transfer returns;
3	repealing s. 201.022, F.S., relating to requirements for
4	executing and filing returns relating to transfers of
5	interests in real property as a condition precedent to
6	recording deeds transferring such interests; providing an
7	effective date.

9	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11	Section 1.  Section 201.022, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
12	Section 2.  This act shall take effect June 1, 2008.
