     35. Salvia divinorum, except for any drug product approved

by the United States Food and Drug Administration that would be

a Schedule I controlled substance because of the scheduling of

Salvia divinorum, including its salts, isomers, and salts of

11

isomers, as a Schedule I controlled substance.

     36. Salvinorin A, except for any drug product approved by

13

the United States Food and Drug Administration that would be a

14

Schedule I controlled substance because of the scheduling of

15

Salvinorin A, including its salts, isomers, and salts of

16

isomers, as a Schedule I controlled substance.
