by the United States Food and Drug Administration that contains

Salvia divinorum or its isomers, esters, ethers, salts, and

salts of isomers, esters and ethers, whenever the existence of

such isomers, esters, ethers, and salts is possible within the

12

specific chemical designation.

     36. Salvinorin A, except for any drug product approved by

the United States Food and Drug Administration that contains

Salvinorin A or its isomers, esters, ethers, salts, and salts of

16

isomers, esters and ethers, whenever the existence of such

isomers, esters, ethers, and salts is possible within the
