(c)     In accordance with section 120.57(1)(b), F.S., the

administrative law judge shall appoint the public defender of

9

the circuit in which the treatment facility is located to

10

represent the inmate on the petition for continued placement,

11

unless the inmate is otherwise represented by a private

12

attorney.
