     Delete line(s) 346 - 350

and insert: board that knowingly signs and transmits to any

7

state official a false or incorrect report or that fails to

8

ensure investigation of all reports of suspected or actual

9

misconduct and reporting of allegations of misconduct by an

10

educator pursuant to s. 1012.796 forfeits their right to any

11

salary for the period of 1 year
