| 7 | 1. Operates temporary transit storage facilities for the |
| 8 | sole purpose of storage, for a period not to exceed 12 hours, of |
| 9 | a delivery of prescription drugs when the wholesale distributor |
| 10 | was temporarily unable to complete the delivery to the |
| 11 | recipient; or |
| 12 | 2. Uses a post office box or other address for billing, |
| 13 | payment, or other administrative purposes. |
