Grants And Aids - Grants To Sheriffs For
Protective Investigations IOEB
At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific
Appropriation 346, INSERT:
The sheriffs receiving grants from the funds appropriated in Specific
Appropriation 346, shall submit detailed expenditure reports to the
Department of Children and Family Services for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2008, by July 31, 2008. The Department of Children and Family
Services shall assemble the information reported by the sheriffs and
submit the collection of reports to the Executive Office of the
Governor, the chair of the Senate Fiscal Policy and Calendar Committee
and the Chair of the House Policy and Budget Council by September 1,
2008.
