| 4 | Between lines 3506 and 3507, insert: |
| 5 | Section 38. The Legislature finds that the Uniform |
| 6 | Commercial Code product authorized by section 1 of chapter 2005- |
| 7 | 153, Laws of Florida, will open new markets in Florida and will |
| 8 | result in generation of new revenue for the state. Accordingly, |
| 9 | there shall be a process to file for a deviated rate for the |
| 10 | product. Approval of the deviated rate shall be guided by |
| 11 | standards for national rates for the product currently being |
| 12 | offered in other states. |
