4 | Remove lines 18-29 and insert: |
5 | (15) The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles |
6 | may accept a Transportation Security Administration's |
7 | Transportation Worker Identification Credential card in lieu of |
8 | the Uniform Port Access Credential Card required under this |
9 | section. For purposes of s. 311.12, state seaports shall accept |
10 | the criminal history and security threat assessment conducted on |
11 | individuals holding a valid Transportation Worker Identification |
12 | Credential card as sufficient to authorize unescorted access to |
13 | a seaport or restricted access area. The department may set and |
14 | collect a fee for entering a Transportation Worker |
15 | Identification Credential cardholder into the Uniform Port |
16 | Access Credential System. The fee may not exceed the |
17 | department's actual cost. |
