3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Remove lines 18-29 and insert:
5     (15)  The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
6may accept a Transportation Security Administration's
7Transportation Worker Identification Credential card in lieu of
8the Uniform Port Access Credential Card required under this
9section. For purposes of s. 311.12, state seaports shall accept
10the criminal history and security threat assessment conducted on
11individuals holding a valid Transportation Worker Identification
12Credential card as sufficient to authorize unescorted access to
13a seaport or restricted access area. The department may set and
14collect a fee for entering a Transportation Worker
15Identification Credential cardholder into the Uniform Port
16Access Credential System. The fee may not exceed the
17department's actual cost.
