| 12 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 13 |

| 14 | Section 1. Subsection (15) is added to section 311.125, |
| 15 | Florida Statutes, to read: |
| 16 | 311.125 Uniform Port Access Credential System.-- |
| 17 | (15) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the |
| 18 | Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles may designate |
| 19 | the United States Transportation Security Administration's |
| 20 | Transportation Worker Identification Credential card as the |
| 21 | Uniform Port Access Credential Card. The department may set and |
| 22 | collect a fee for entering a Transportation Worker |
| 23 | Identification Credential cardholder into the Uniform Port |
| 24 | Access Credential System. This fee may not exceed the actual |
| 25 | cost to the department. |
| 26 | Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
