4	Remove lines 2407-2415 and insert:
5	Section 41.  All of the records, property, unexpended
6	balances of appropriations, and personnel related to the Florida
7	Energy Commission for the administration and implementation of
8	s. 377.901, Florida Statutes, shall be transferred from the
9	Office of Legislative Services to the Florida Energy and Climate
10	Commission in the Executive Office of the Governor. The
11	Executive Office of the Governor is authorized to establish four
12	full-time equivalent positions to staff the Florida Energy and
13	Climate Commission.
