incarceration, the person has previously been convicted of a

felony or an attempt or conspiracy to commit a felony and one or

more of the convictions was for:

     1. Murder;

     2. Manslaughter;

     3. DUI manslaughter;

15

     4. Aggravated manslaughter of an elderly person or disabled

16

adult;

     5. Aggravated manslaughter of a child;

18

     6. Sexual battery;

19

     7. Lewd or lascivious battery;

20

     8. Lewd or lascivious molestation;

21

     9. Lewd or lascivious conduct;

22

     10. Lewd or lascivious exhibition;

23

     11. Lewd or lascivious offense upon or in the presence of

24

an elderly or disabled person;

25

     12. Sexual performance by a child;

26

     13. Aggravated child abuse;

27

     14. Aggravated abuse of an elderly person or disabled

28

adult;

29

     15. Failure to register as a sexual predator or sexual

30

offender;

     16. Computer pornography;

     17. Transmission of computer pornography by means of buying

or selling of minors;

     18. Kidnapping;

     19. False imprisonment;

     20. Luring and enticing a child;

     21. Aggravated battery;

     22. Robbery;

     23. Carjacking;

     24. Home invasion;

     25. Poisoning of food and water;

     26. Abuse of a dead human body;

43

     27. First-degree burglary;

44

     28. Arson;

     29. Aggravated assault;

     30. Aggravated stalking;

     31. Aggravated battery or aggravated assault on a law

enforcement officer or other specified officer;

49

     32. First-degree trafficking in illegal substances;

50

     33. Aircraft piracy;

     34. Unlawful throwing, placing, or discharging of a

destructive device or bomb;

     35. Facilitating or furthering terrorism or treason; or

54

     36. Any offense committed in another jurisdiction which

55

would be an offense listed in this paragraph if that offense had

56

been committed in this state.
