An act relating to local telecommunications services;

repealing s. 364.059, F.S., relating to procedures for

seeking a stay from the Florida Public Service Commission

of a price reduction for basic local telecommunications

services; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. Section 364.059, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
