| 13 | That the House of Representatives and the Senate convene in |
| 14 | Joint Session in the Chamber of the House of Representatives at |
| 15 | 5:30 p.m. this day, March 4, 2008, for the purpose of receiving |
| 16 | the message of the Governor. |
