For purposes of this section, "psychiatric disability" includes

the following disorders: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder,

major depression, bipolar, manic and depressive disorders,

11

delusional disorders, psychosis, conduct disorders, other

12

emotional disturbances, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,

13

panic disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorders or apply to

14

any person who, during the past year, has met at least one of the

15

following severity criteria: inpatient psychiatric

16

hospitalization or use of antipsychotic medications.
