     On line(s) 54, after the period,

insert:

The labor pool as defined in s. 448.22(1) must provide notice to

8

the temporary employee upon conclusion of the latest assignment

9

that work is available the next business day and that the

10

temporary employee must report for reassignment the next

11

business day. The notice must be given by means of a notice

12

printed on the paycheck, written notice included in the pay

13

envelope, or other written notification at the conclusion of the

14

current assignment.
