     Section 31.  Subsection (2) of section 106.1439, Florida

Statutes, is redesignated as subsection(3), and a new subsection

(2) is added to that section, to read:

     106.1439  Electioneering communications; disclaimers.--

     (2) Any electioneering communication paid for with public

11

funds must include a disclaimer containing the words "paid for by

12

(Name of the government entity paying for the communication)."
