     Between line(s) 40 and 41,

insert:

     Section 2. The exemption from the sales tax on the

7

chartering of fishing boats, as provided in s. 212.08(7)(y),

8

Florida Statutes, is suspended for the period beginning on July

9

1, 2008, and ending on June 30, 2009. Tax shall be collected on

10

the chartering of such boats during that period.
