2	A resolution expressing appreciation to Frank M. Ryll,
3	Jr., for his leadership and service to the state and its
4	business community.

6	WHEREAS, Frank M. Ryll, Jr., a long-time community and
7	business leader in Florida, has a distinguished record of
8	rendering valuable services to the people of Florida, and
9	WHEREAS, Frank M. Ryll, Jr., has given generously of his
10	time, talents, and expertise to bring Florida's business
11	community to new levels of influence and effectiveness, and
12	WHEREAS, Frank M. Ryll, Jr., has played an important
13	personal role in the governance of Florida's business community
14	through his exemplary service for 25 years as president of the
15	Florida Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Chamber of Commerce
16	Foundation, and
17	WHEREAS, Frank M. Ryll, Jr., ushered in an era of action in
18	protecting Florida businesses and Florida's economy that will
19	improve Florida for generations to come, and
20	WHEREAS, Frank M. Ryll, Jr., engaged leaders in assuring
21	that economic well-being for the state, and
22	WHEREAS, Frank M. Ryll, Jr., brought forth research and
23	recommendations that resulted in fundamental and lasting changes
24	to our education, economic development, and international
25	initiatives, and
26	WHEREAS, over a period of many years, Frank M. Ryll, Jr.,
27	has shown himself to be committed to the advancement of
28	education, economic development, and leadership in Florida, NOW,
29	THEREFORE,

31	Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of
32	Florida:

34	That House of Representatives offers sincere thanks to
35	Frank M. Ryll, Jr., for his dedicated, effective, and untiring
36	public service that has made a real difference in the lives of
37	countless Floridians.
38	BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
39	presented to Frank M. Ryll, Jr., as a tangible token of the
40	sentiments expressed herein.
