An act relating to exemption from requirements for public

records and meetings; expressing the legislative intent to

revise laws relating to exemption from requirements for

public records and meetings; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

10

to exemption from requirements for public records and meetings.

11

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
