Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1.  Section 288.001, Florida Statutes, is created to

11

read:

     288.001 The Florida Small Business Development Center

13

Network; purpose.--The Florida Small Business Development Center

14

Network is the principal business assistance organization for

15

small businesses in the state.

16

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
