A bill to be entitled
2An act relating to the Indian Trail Improvement District,
3Palm Beach County; amending chapter 2002-330, Laws of
4Florida; expanding the territorial boundaries of the
5district; providing an effective date.

7Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9     Section 1.  Section 2 of section 3 of chapter 2002-330,
10Laws of Florida, is amended to read:
11     Section 2.  District created and boundaries thereof.--For
12the purpose of reclaiming and draining the lands hereinafter
13described and protecting such lands from the effects of water by
14means of the construction and maintenance of canals, ditches,
15levees, dikes, pumping plants, and other drainage works and
16improvements, and for the purpose of making the lands within the
17district available and habitable for settlement and agriculture,
18for the public convenience, welfare, utility, and benefit, and
19for the other purposes stated in this act, a water control
20district is created and established in Palm Beach County, to be
21known as the Indian Trail Improvement District, a water control
22district, the territorial boundaries of which shall include the
23following land:

28the southerly right-of-way of the Seaboard Coast Line
