     Section 19. For the 2008-2009 fiscal year, the sums of

$22,712 in recurring funds and $51,000 in nonrecurring funds are

9

appropriated from the Administrative Trust Fund of the Department

10

of Business and Professional Regulation and the sums of $18,755

11

in recurring funds and $24,696 in nonrecurring funds are

12

appropriated from the Professional Regulation Trust Fund of the

13

Department of Business and Professional Regulation to carry out

14

the licensing and regulatory functions of this act.
