       The Committee on Finance and Tax (Ring) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 58 - 63
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Pursuant to s. 212.054(4), the proceeds of the
    6  discretionary sales surtax collected under this subsection, less
    7  an administrative fee that may be retained by the Department of
    8  Revenue, shall be distributed by the department to the county.
    9  The county shall distribute the proceeds if receives from the
   10  department to the participating jurisdictions that have entered
   11  into an interlocal agreement with the county under this
