    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    5  and insert:
    6  otherwise defined by rule. Single-family residential docking
    7  facilities and multi-family residential docking facilities are
    8  exempt from all annual lease fees, surcharges, and charges based
    9  upon a percentage of revenue generated as provided in paragraph
   10  (f) or as provided elsewhere.
