       The Committee on General Government Appropriations (Lawson)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 106 and 107
    4  insert:
    5         c. For leases of facilities that require a location
    6  adjacent to the water to provide services, such as boat repair
    7  and manufacturing, seafood purchasing, and public utility
    8  service, and have no other private exclusive use within the
    9  facility, 15 cents per square foot. If these facilities are
   10  located in an aquatic preserve, the rate shall be 30 cents per
   11  square foot.
