       The Committee on General Government Appropriations (Lawson)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (521798) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 276 and 277
    5  insert:
    6         Section 4. Subsection (2) of section 253.01, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         253.01 Internal Improvement Trust Fund established.—
    9         (2) All revenues accruing from sources designated by law
   10  for deposit in the Internal Improvement Trust Fund shall be used
   11  for the acquisition, management, administration, protection, and
   12  conservation of state-owned lands, as well as the protection and
   13  restoration of water resources.
