       The Committee on Judiciary (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 71 - 72
    4  and insert:
    5  752.015. Upon motion or request of a party, a court shall not
    6  refer any case to mediation if it finds there has been a history
    7  of domestic violence that would compromise the mediation
    8  process.
    9         (5) If mediation fails to yield a resolution, or mediation
