Subsection (3) is added to section 812.135, 14 Florida Statutes, to read: 15 812.135 Home-invasion robbery.— 16 (3) If the victim of a home-invasion robbery is an elderly 17 person or disabled adult as defined in s. 825.101, the person 18 commits a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in 19 s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. 20 Section 2.
