       The Committee on Commerce (Oelrich) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (156320) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 64 - 68
    4  and insert:
    5         that has a posted speed limit of 30 to 35 miles per hour,
    6  unless a municipality having jurisdiction over the public road
    7  has enacted an ordinance restricting personnel from driving on
    8  such roads.
